Credit card fraud on the Internet has become a major problem, costing consumers and merchants millions of dollars. We have placed a number of policies in place to insure that all transactions on our site are protected from potentially fraudulent activity.

1. Our web servers and policies are 100% PCI compliant. PCI policies are set by the credit card industry and include website hacker testing, credit card policies and procedures, all to protect your sensitive information from potential fraud.

2. All credit card transactions require that your billing address match the billing address that your credit card company has on file. If it does not match, your credit card transaction will be declined.

3. All orders that are to be shipped to any address other than the verified credit card billing address receive an additional verification. This may delay your order by one to five business days but insures that your transaction is not fraudulent. Be sure that you include a daytime phone number with this type of order. We will contact you by phone to verify that you did place the order. Your shipping address should also be on file with your credit card company. We will contact them to verify your alternate shipping address.

4. Any order that is, in our security department's judgment, a possibly fraudulent transaction will be canceled. If this happens, you will be notified by email and your credit card transaction will be voided.
